Offer email notifications go directly to the vendor instead of the site administrator.
Vendors can manage offers from the Dokan front-end dashboard.
Admin can disable/enable offers of individual Vendors from the edit user page.
Vendors have control over Offer settings for their own products in the frontend vendor dashboard.
Vendors can enable/disable offers globally through their Dokan frontend dashboard.
